Tonmaxfagec provides advanced auto diagnostic and maintenance services in Malaysia. All services are subject to availability and vehicle condition assessment.

3. Liability Limitation

Tonmaxfagec is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use. Our liability is limited to the service fee paid.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment must be made upon service completion unless prior arrangements exist
• Accepted methods: cash, card, online transfer
• Deposits for parts orders are non-refundable if cancelled after 24 hours

5. Warranty Disclaimer

Services are provided "as-is." Tonmaxfagec warrants workmanship for 30 days. Vehicle manufacturer warranties remain unchanged.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services for illegal purposes or misrepresent vehicle ownership. Violation may result in service denial and legal action.

7. Data & Privacy

We collect personal data (name, contact, vehicle details) for service delivery and communication. Data is processed per GDPR standards and Malaysian data protection laws. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Modifications

Tonmaxfagec reserves the right to modify these Terms. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use indicates acceptance.
